Making a Reservation at Trust
How do I book a Trust Villa?
Booking a Trust Villa is simple. Visit our main website, select your desired dates and city, and filter by options like price and amenities. For personalized assistance, contact our reservations team at (+62) 1234 4321 or email us at contact@trustvillamanagement.com.
Are there any extra charges or fees?
Yes, additional charges may apply for certain services, such as extra guests, housekeeping requests, or special amenities. All applicable fees will be clearly displayed during the booking process, ensuring transparency.
When and how do I pay?
Payment is usually required at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards and provide secure payment options. For longer stays, partial payments may be accepted with specific terms and conditions.
Does Trust Villa have free Wi-Fi & how do I access the Wi-Fi?
Yes, all Trust Villas offer complimentary Wi-Fi. The network details and password are provided upon check-in and can also be found in the villa information booklet available inside your accommodation.
What if I booked through a third party?
If you booked through a third-party platform, please contact them directly for modifications or cancellations. For additional support, our team can assist with inquiries, but certain changes may need to be handled by the booking platform.
Staying at Trust Villas
What are Trust Villas’ House Rules?
Our house rules ensure a comfortable stay for all guests. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM, and no parties are allowed. Smoking is prohibited indoors. A full list of rules is provided in each villa and during the booking process.
How do I request an early check-in or a late checkout?
Our standard check-in time is 2:00 PM. If you require an early check-in, we will do our best to accommodate your request, but this is subject to villa availability. Please note that late check-ins are subject to an additional fee: IDR 250k for check-ins after 9:00 PM, and IDR 500k for check-ins after midnight. These charges help cover extended staff attendance. Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. For check-outs between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM, an additional fee of 50% of the daily villa rate will apply. For check-outs after 2:00 PM, a full day's villa rate will be charged.
Do you provide daily housekeeping service?
Yes, daily housekeeping is available upon request for an additional fee. Standard services include linen changes, trash removal, and light cleaning. Please inform us in advance if you wish to schedule daily housekeeping.
Can I request additional beds if I want extra guests to stay?
Additional beds can be requested, subject to availability and extra charges. Please contact our team in advance to check availability and make arrangements for additional guests.
Do I need to bring my own toiletries?
No need! Trust Villas provide high-quality toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap. Towels and other essentials are also provided for your convenience.
